Our team attended to the first edition of EUIPO’s IP Case Law Conference (IPCLC) held in Alicante on 5-6 May 2016. We were proud to be able to assist with more than 400 other participants from all over Europe as well as other continents to this first IPCLC where renowned specialists debated on recent developments in trade mark jurisprudence. Panelists included Judges Papasavvas (GC EU), Judge Schmidt (Bundespatentgericht), Prof. Hansen from Fordham University, Dr. Mostert from Oxford University, Prof. Franklyn from University of San Francisco, Prof. Maniatis from Queen Mary (University of London) and various members of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal. We look forward for EUIPO to organize a second edition of IPCLC.
