Carlos has broad experience in privacy, e-commerce, intellectual property, gambling and technology matters, including outsourcing agreements. He also advises in contractual and regulatory matters, especially for the pharmaceutical industry.
He has spent the last five years of his career at Fieldfisher JAUSAS, as an associate of the TMT department in Barcelona. In 2010 he started his career in Uría y Menéndez.
Carlos obtained his Law and Business Administration degree from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He studied part of his degree at Erasmus University of Rotterdam (Netherlands) through an Erasmus programme.
In 2014 Carlos obtained his LL.M. in IP at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London (United Kingdom), with the qualification of “distinction”.
Carlos is currently studying a Master’s Degree in Procedural Law at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
Carlos is a regular lecturer of the Privacy and Technology law Courses at Cibernàrium, from Barcelona Activa (Barcelona City Council). ESADE University has also invited him to teach a Course on e-Sports law.
